
Day 3: REAL SOLUTIONS, not resolutions. What's your personal mantra? Most people look for motivation and inspiration from outside sources. However, those outside sources are short lived. You need to be able to encourage yourself and one of the ways to do that is to have a personal mantra. It can be your favorite quote, proverb or any phrase that lifts your spirit and fills you with confidence. And it all starts with choice. Tip: Create your personal mantra, write it down and commit to saying it several times a day.
