Your genes play a powerful part and more importantly, skin truly is best from the inside out - meaning what you eat and drink will help your skin from sagging prematurely. Here's the key to beautiful skin: eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, include healthy fats in your "diet" - avocado, walnuts, salmon, hydrate with water throughout the day - limit alcohol, don't smoke and stay clear of the sun. As far as a moisturizer - pure organic coconut oil :-)
